You can contact the seller and have the receipt with you and replace the Walkstool or just change a lower leg if that is the problem. Another alternative is to contact us directly via email lars@walkstool.com, tell us date of receipt, where you bought it, what is the problem, model of Walkstool, address and phone number. If we don't have any questions to you, we will send you free of charge the spare part you need or if Walkstool is to be replaced we could perhaps ask you to contact the seller since sending Walkstool to some countries are rather expensive. If lower leg is broken it's normally misuse and if foot is missing after being out, you can in both cases order spare parts from us.
